To continue our upward trajectory, we’re looking for a talented and data-driven E-commerce Specialist to join our team and help elevate our online presence to the next level.

The Role:

As our E-commerce Specialist, you will play a key role in enhancing and optimizing our online sales channels. Your main goal is to increase conversion rates, improve customer experience, and develop strategies that drive growth. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a solid understanding of how to convert traffic into loyal customers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize our Shopify store to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Analyze customer behavior and website data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Develop and execute online marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media) to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
• Collaborate with external marketing partners and internal teams to launch successful marketing campaigns.
• Conduct A/B testing for new features, product pages, and marketing efforts to continuously improve conversion rates.
• Oversee product launches, online promotions, and stock management.
• Track and report on e-commerce performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations to improve performance.

What We’re Looking For:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably with Shopify.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience using Google Analytics or similar tools.
• Proven experience with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media strategies.
• Ability to think creatively and solve problems with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Experience managing product data and stock levels is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Dutch is a bonus).
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
